Public service struggling to fill vacancies

Public service struggling to fill vacancies : "While graduate recruitment programs remain strong, 88 per cent of agencies surveyed by the Australian National Audit Office reported having difficulties filling vacancies"

Perhaps because they do group interviews. Perhaps because they do not look at what really is on offer. Perhaps they will not give people with degrees and accolades a chance because they haven't worked before because they have been busy acquiring knowledge and skills which could be used at a high level were they to be given a chance. Two potentials I know are working at KFC with a first class law degree and the other has university prizes and two degrees and a diploma and is at Coles because they were the companies prepared to encourage them and take them on.
