Poms rub our noses in it after rugby loss

Poms rub our noses in it after rugby loss : "'Screw Roo', boomed The Daily Star, while the Scotsman taunted: 'Now call us no hopers', a reference to the dismal predictions made on the fate of the England team."

'Bout time the Brits found their sense of humour again! Hilarious. The Atomic Poms needed that I guess because we recovered our sense of self through the cricket. We, too, had lost our sense of humour and fun and had become the dreaded beige. Britain needs to debeige and get its inimitable style back. If winning the rugby is what they needed, well, yes, we are crying...but we'll be back and our team is a good one. It's actually great to see some good competition going on....and a bit of sledging won't do us any harm.
