Caterpillar robot 'treats hearts'

Caterpillar robot 'treats hearts': "The tiny robot, just a few centimetres long, can move at up to 18 centimetres per minute, controlled by 'push and pull' wires from outside the body."

The HeartLander robot caterpillar has been developed by researchers in the US and has been tested on pigs. Its potential to repair damaged hearts is extraordinary and the researchers who have developed this are totally astounding in their capacity to think and create a device which is both endearing and ground breaking! They obviously need to keep testing and trialling, but I tell you, this is proper new millennium stuff. I want more!
