Internet fights insomnia

"This is a very interactive, tailored, personalised program," said study co-author Frances Thorndike of the University of Virginia Health System, who helped design the software, called Sleep Healthy Using the Internet, or SHUTi.
You often see people comment on Facebook that they are still awake. At least they can get a message out there and sometimes you see they have been helped. This article is about using the internet to help deal with insomnia. It is specifically designed software and it seems to be having good results. In many ways it appears to be based on the Nintendo DS approach to help collect information and then coach people. The Nintendo health things do that and I find it to be very helpful. You feel like you are achieving something and you feel like you are important. I believe technology will help us solve quite a few things if only we allow ourselves to develop the helpful software we need.
