Environmentalists urge Govt to change 'outdated' act. :
"'The company has inherited an old, outdated act that means they're exempt from the environment laws in South Australia and we believe that should be repealed and just like everyone else they should have to go through modern approval processes,' he said."
Why have laws if certain groups and businesses can live outside them? If have we done all that work on the environment, and we have, would we put that at risk? I am certain it can all be resolved within our legal framework and environmental policies.
