True enough, but it is a start and hopefully a good one. Monopolies do cut competition. Death of competition means you do not get the best products and services. You get what is there. I'd like to think a product has the right to survive if it is a good product. Then there is the more serious issue of livelihoods lost. I know we have to change. I know life is about changes. We don't really want to be living in th last millennium and lots of different things drive change. monopolies can bring about fast and sudden change and it isn't always for the better. The changes in the laws ought to bring out information which we can use to benefit customers, producers and businesses.We do have to see what happens and we do need to see if these changes are helpful or unhelpful. We are at least looking at an issue which affects us all.
