Family hides behind hay bales for years

AdelaideNow... Family hides behind hay bales for years: "The council wants the building near Redhill about 30 km south of London to be demolished, along with an associated conservatory, marquee structure, wooden bridge, patio, decking and tarmac racecourse."

No!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's lovely. Have a look at the pictures. I don't know why he didn't apply for his building permit but you cannot build something like that behind hay bales and no one will hear it. It looks great! Have a heart. Surely people can get an aerial view of it? No one did complain. I love the idea of their cannon. Okay, so it should have been built in the green belt...and no one should be able to disrupt that....but you cannot build without people knowing. You just can't. You hear the hammering ,sawing ,clanking and swearing. It has been built and there were ways and means of knowing and objecting and no one has. I think the family needs to make restitution in an environmental way...so they contribute to the greening of the environment...and I think they should have open house because it sounds inspired and it may well get people thinking about building imaginative houses. An Englishman's home is his castle and this is inspired.
