Adelaide moves to level three water restrictions. :
"There will also be a further restriction on the use of hand-held hoses and drip watering systems.
They will only be allowed between 8:00pm and 8:00am ACDT."
ACDT??? Adelaide Central...what? If I have to water at 8pm at night out the front...oh, how safe I shall feel. I take the point though and I need to know if ACDT means me or not. How is this message getting through to us? I found this by accident rather than design.
