I hope the government will approve this scheme because the point being made is absolutely right. We let a lot of water go to waste and it'll be a lot of capital investment to change our ways, but now is the time and it would make such a difference. The oceans don't need more water - they are rising. The land needs water and we need to think our way out of this.
