Hicks to wait two years for his trial

AdelaideNow... Hicks to wait two years for his trial:

"David Hicks could be held at Guantanamo Bay for another two years before facing trial, his US lawyer said yesterday."

David Hicks has already been tried and found guilty by our government because they have not wanted him to come home and his case to be heard here as other governments have done for their Guantanamo Bay detainees. We obviously are incapable of dealing with it and so the man has been left to go insane and die without his case being heard fairly. Like the Baxter people. They are just driven mad because our government has no effective method of efficiently and humanely dealing with unknown quantities other than to jail and deport our own citizens and award prizes to people who probably ought not receive them. Clearly they have no idea, but if they say David Hicks is guilty and should stay there they are bloody minded enough to prove how right they can be. Death isn't something which bothers them. He doesn't belong to their family.
