One in five sleeping under 6.5 hours

The Advertiser: One in five sleeping under 6.5 hours : "ALMOST one in five people were sleeping less than six and a half hours a night, making them prime targets for diabetes and other chronic illnesses, sleep specialists said."

Not sleeping has become a real issue and it has become something we have to talk each other through. Long work hours mean we get physically stressed and then the emotional kick back from that is a busy head or a rapid pulse rate. Young kids are often trying to study and do part time jobs and they, too, are not getting adequate rest. We are not living well. We all have too much on our plate and can't relax because we feel guilty if we are not doing, doing , doing. The driven work place and overpacked lifestyle have to go because we just can't relax enough to sleep. We are paying for it.
