Overpasses, not tunnels

I was horrified to hear we were having tunnels. Just look at what has been going on in Sydney. Cars and tunnels do not mix. The pollution, the trapped air, the deprivation of daylight. Then there's the funnelling of polluted air into local areas. No, build overpasses and keep the cars out in the open!!
