Channel 10

I had nothing but admiration for George and Rebecca as they had to try and plough their way through a series of unfortunate mishaps on the technical side of the news tonight. Given the nature of all our topics tonight, the news was demanding enough as it was. When the images started to cut out, didn't appear and when they were left in front off us having to fend for themselves, I think they came up trumps and pulled Channel 10 out of the incompetent basket. The pair of them kept their cool, George as the senior partner fell back on his experience and Rebecca learnt very quickly to follow suit. Had it not been for them it would have been a complete shambles because no one appeared to be helping them or giving them information. They were left on air without stories and without information. I hope they are well rewarded for their professionalism. I believe a new computer system is being trialled. It needs to be trialled OFF air and a plan put in place if it is not behaving itself. It really looked like monkeys had been placed out the back to play with the equipment. Well done, guys!!
