It cannot be hurried, it can be assisted, encouraged and facilitated by other democracies, but it is coming into place and the country has got some hope of re establishing itself in the world again. The less we blow it up, the better. Resolving this was never going to be easy, but we can help smooth the way now instead of standing in their way.
