The package is quite broad and will be inclusive of a number of groups and people. If, like me, you are not sure whether you are eligible or not, the information is here. I hope the students are actually expected to be at school. We seem to have a lot of wanderers again during the school day and an upsurge in graffiti. We had solved that problem and now the ugly daubing is back.
