That's the thing isn't it? Most of us suffer and put up with unreasonable behaviour because the few who are dominating the pack have been given the power to do so. So you have to deflate their image and reinstate the power of the people who care about each other. If it saves lives, helps communities thrive, brings people together and stops people killing themselves and others...then this is the way to go.
