Lawyer fears further Hicks trial delays.:
"The Adelaide-based lawyer for Guantanamo Bay detainee David Hicks says his client's trial date could be delayed by another year."
This is a really sad story and David Hicks has been stuck in Guantanomo Bay amid all the things we have heard about and all the things we haven't heard about. Habib was set free. What about David Hicks? We must not forget him. He has had no trial. He was taken because he was captured in Afghanistan during the US led invasion.
