Yes, we have loved the rain ,but we have been dancing in between the showers and getting drenched as we try and get to and from cars with our Christmas shopping. We weren't thinking rain. We were thinking Christmas. It had been hot and dry and the summer clothes felt good. Suddenly we are scrambling for jumpers and umbrellas...but the garden has welcomed this nice drink and the birds have been so happy.It has actually got some creeks and waterways running and that's a good sign. Bad luck they filled in our beautiful lake in Rymill park. It would have relished this downpour.
