Truffles to France like ice to Eskimos

AdelaideNow... Truffles to France like ice to Eskimos: "Without a truffle culture, Australians, including some chefs, need to be educated about the delights of the truffle, Mr Edwards said."

Indeed, indeed. But this is where our French connection will come in handy. They will help us appreciate their capacity to use truffles to enhance dishes. I actually like to see different cultures teaching each other their best of. I think it makes for a strong line of tradition and in the case of crops being destroyed through global warming events, we can still sustain the fine things in life. We didn't used to eat a lot of things, but we have become more adventurous and we are really enjoying our gastronomic adventures here.
