Happy Easter

I hope you will all have the sort of Easter Day you would wish tomorrow. I am all ready for my Easter breakfast with the family and this year it's pancakes with various tasty accompaniments and plenty of juice, tea and coffee. It is a really good thing to start Easter Sunday with the family. I have always been a believer in keeping family connections going. I had fun organising the table and working out how I'd present the eggs!
