Never too hot for school

Never too hot for school : "Twins Maddison and Jessica Billington attend the school and when they suffered nosebleeds, their mother measured the temperature inside."

I went to school here with no air conditioning and yes, I survived. It's insane. It's worse for the kids these days because just about everyone has air conditioning, shops are airconditioned and children grow up in a regulated climate. Classrooms of 46 are too hot but I thought schools sent children home if it got too hot if they were not air conditioned? If kids were used to it, it wouldnt' be such a problem but they have pools, showers, air conditoners and so they have not learned to look after themselves in the heat. It's not at all reasonable in 2007 and I bet the decision makers are sitting in lovely air conditioned offices.
