"The most recent figures, released on December 10, show 190 people in SA have received warning notices for breaching restrictions while four people have been fined."

Well, they are threatening to cut our water to a trickle if we don't get it right. As I said yesterday...let us have a warning first by email, text, in the post,whatever, as with any other utility account. The dreaded red final notice. I cannot believe we have had 4 people fined and 190 warned already. It is so nice and obvious we need to do something about water usage. For most of us in SA, it's the plastic bag model...give us the means, give us the opportunities, give us regular encouragement and it just works because we network well and we are a small state which does care about issues like saving our environment and working together as a team.
