SA faces toughest ever water restrictions. :
"The use of sprinklers on gardens and lawns will be limited to three days a week and on sporting ovals to only two days a week."
Hoorah!! Not because we have water restrictions, but because we have dared to stop people wasting a precious resource. Until the powers that be work out how to get the rising ocean onto our land in non saline form, then we have to be careful with our water and there is no reason why we can't. Once we get the rules and guidelines and we can see the state of our reservoirs, then we won't complain. We'll kick in and do our bit. I am so glad we are not pussy footing around this issue.
