Bosses sneakily spying on staff emails: : "One in five employers may be snooping on their staff emails without informing them or gaining their consent, according to a new report."
I know they can and I do not think they have that right unless it is filtered out with some resonable filtering. Bosses need to see what people are doing because it is so easy to get distracted on a computer and so easy to offend. No one should use a work computer for personal things except in break times and personal things do not include offensive stuff. My emails are like my letter. I should not want anyone to open my letters and Her Majesty used to guarantee that was an inalienable right. I expect the same for my emails.
