$100m plan to enliven city square :
"'It's another big move to pull the centre of gravity back up from the Torrens to Victoria Square, which is the natural heart of the city,' he said. 'For the future of the city it's so important to activate the centre and have it thronging with people.'"
So is the Torrens cleaned up yet? People will go to the city if it is safe, interesting and a good spot to be. Some parts of the city are great . The cathedral is beautiful. We should have things to pull people into that part of the city. If we do it well, it will be welcome.
