Hicks likely to gain UK citizenship: lawyers.:

"'The judge was interested in the arguments put forward by David's London-based lawyers and we feel, bearing in mind the way in which the hearing transpired, that we've got a very good chance of the decision coming down David's way.'"

I hope this does go David Hick's way because he has been locked up for so long. The British got their people out of Guantanomo Bay. He has suffered long enough. The judge at least listened to the case with respect and in a considered fashion. We'll see.
