Dial a bomb

"The other Moroccan, Abdelilah el Fuad, is arrested in the Spanish enclave of Ceuta in North Africa. Spanish media said he had been at a house where the bombers are believed to have prepared the devices and activated the mobile phones that triggered the train explosions. Mr Fuad is also said to have bought a car used to go to Asturias to collect explosives for the 11 March attacks."

I believe in one article I read they thought the London bombs were exploded by mobile phones as was the case in Madrid. We are at the stage where different information comes out about different things...like whether the bus bomb was on the floor or a suicide bomber. Bottom line? Those people are all dead and we haven't forgotten that.

We are not allowed to carry guns without a licence. We are not allowed to carry knives or knuckle dusters or numchucks or wear pointed mental jewellery or belts. But we are allowed to have mobile phones which can explode bombs and mass murder people?

Why?
