The new 85 million dollar Commonwealth law courts are a bit of a blur in our minds but a very green vision. The building has a sandy mosaic texture but there is a round definitely non conservation green turret like addition on the side which defies definition. Well..it's defined visually, since you most certainly can't miss it. Most of us don't know what to make of it and I guess it makes it art since it has challenged our visual preconceptions of law courts and buildings!.
