What a modest doctor. The boy was able to come out of hospital on his 13th birthday because he was surrounded by caring, alert, thinking adults who trusted each other and worked as a sensible team in the boy's best interests. It is a remarkable story of how to use your brains, how to use technology and how to co operate and use everything you have so save a little boy.  The parents and medical staff were remarkably level headed.
