Beijing Bottoms

It's been hilarious. There is a real sense of humour with these games as well as some superb visual gifts, some great performances and a real sense of competitive excitement. Much of yesterday's footage seemed to be bottoms...the lovely lycra bottoms of the cyclists, the bobbing butterfly bottoms in the pool and then the bottoms as the swimmers were taking off. Less of a bottom focus in the gymnastics and the basketball. The camera work has been fantastic and the views of the scenery have been great...but the bottom line...the angles have been odd. Maybe not. I am certain there are plenty of people appreciating the well toned, athletic bottoms.What is impressing me at the moment is how composed and competent all the athletes are. They are performing at a very high level with a real sense of composure. It is fantastic.
