Former ministers come clean over Howard government mistakes : "He says the time for ratification was when Australia first endorsed the target. 'With the wisdom of hindsight, I think that would have been the right thing to do: that was many years earlier.'"
I don't think they have even started. There are a lot things which need to be clarified and we did say!! It's just that certain people knew better than we did what was good for us and we were the great ignored who then became the great uninvited. A democratic government has to consult. Blaming it all on Howard doesn't resolve the lack of cohesion within the party. They seem to have trust issues.
