We don't walk enough. We need more of us out on the street for safety as much as health. More people , more sociable, more connections. Better that way. I am not surprised people felt like walking today. The weather was superb. You don't have to walk far to get the benefit. You just have to get moving and into the rythm and each day it gets better and you feel the benefit. People need to go back to walking because it just makes you feel much brighter.
