EI strikes university campus : "'The study activities of two research students, and about 90 students in the Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Bachelor of Applied Science will be affected by the new protocols."
Adversity can be a great teacher. It means even our research fellows and undergraduates will have first hand knowledge of something which has had far reaching consequences in this country. Experience is a great teacher and you never forget the lessons. It all came from one horse and now so many horses and people have been affected. Our collective knowledge will be great. Our capacity to link up and problem solve will be enhanced. It's awful. We have kept quiet but we have been thinking about our four legged friends, their owners, trainers and those who care. It is awful...but we shall be so much wiser and stronger for the experience. We'll be bloomin' invincible because Australia is currently operating as one. It's a wake up call and we have woken up because our four leggeds need us.
