Siberia's cool and colourful weather: "The yellow, green and orange snow was later declared harmless by investigators."
So why is the snow coloured and why do we keep getting this oddball stuff around the world? Even if it is harmless it is not natural so something is wrong and a lot of stuff like this happens. Why?
