Small tornado damages north London

AdelaideNow... Small tornado damages north London:

"“A lot of people are shaken up because its not the sort of thing that happens in central London ... I saw it coming. It was grey with lots of debris spinning around.”"

So why are we all suddenly dealing with things which have never happened? Why are these things either so specific or so widespread? We can have a small area affected with something unusual or huge areas damaged? Global warming again? It's wearing a bit thing as an excuse and it really doesn't particularly hold up as a reason because it just keeps on keeping on and yes, it is worrying. We cannot rely on anything and this lack of reliability is relatively recent. All these rare occurances occurring. Really.
