Those who know its course are aware of the blatant, heartless cruelty he is facing. They also know what this means to him. He is publicly representing thousands of silent voices and he is doing it with conviction because he wants an end to this disease. Why wouldn't he? He is putting himself in the line of fire to give voice to those who suffer this disease and the way he is being treated shows why somebody needs to do this. It is so cruel. People who value his humanitarian effort and his supreme personal risk taking know the truth. This is how people with Parkinson's are treated. About time the world changed and he has demonstrated that.
