Radio Rentals to lock out workers over contract dispute.

Radio Rentals to lock out workers over contract dispute. :

"'These are ordinary technicians that want just a collective agreement, they don't want to sign an individual contract, but Radio Rentals are playing it extremely tough in regards to these workers only asking for a collective agreement.'"

Radio Rentals has survived many market changes and from that point of view it can be judged to be a very successful company. It has survived against the odds. I am surprised it doesn't appear to want to negotiate and if it is prepared to lock technicians out for a month in an arena short of technicians, then I think it is not thinking very clearly. Negotiating is always better. Solving the problem instead of position bargaining.
