Testicle cells may aid research:
"Scientists already knew certain cells in the testes of newborn mice were able, like embryonic stem cells, to generate numerous different tissue types."
I could well imagine it would be very difficult to find the testicle cells of newborn mice. The mind boggles.They have also been able to grow embryonic colonies of cells from adult mice...so the theory is it will be easier and less contraversial to use testicle cells for growing new tissue rather than embryonic cells. Major breakthrough here, but look out guys!!
