Wallaby may hit dinner plates.

Wallaby may hit dinner plates. :

"Tony Gyss from Rosedale Meats is licensed to harvest the bennett wallaby on King Island."

I don't know if I want to eat wallaby. They are in plague proportions so I guess they wouldn't be wasted if we ate them and if they are an alternative to beef , they might be useful. Some people will not eat our native animals and it's hard to persuade children to eat our native cuties. I've eaten crocodile, emu, kangaroo, snake...so I guess I might give wallaby a try. Is it low in cholesterol like kangaroo meat?
