The Australian: Roadkill chef puts taste to the test :
"It needs a brave soul and a strong stomach to have dinner with Arthur Boyt. For he is a connoisseur of roadkill flesh, and among the dishes served in his kitchen are casseroles made from squashed badger, hedgehog, otter, rat, rabbit or pheasant."
Sounds like the Brits have lost it. Surely not. First they make their senior accountants walk over hot rocks and now, Mr. Boyt is eating roadkill. "All natural". I suppose it is. So he cooks up anything he finds and the list is enough to make me feel squeamish which just goes to show how far removed I am from my roots. He started this because his cousin died from variant Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease and he belived it came from the supermarket food and also because he was short of money. That part makes sense. He also enjoys taxidermy...so he leads a full life really and sees no difference between fallen apples and fallen animals. I suppose he's right.
