Alleged drink-driver caught twice in one night.:
"Victorian Police have alleged a 20-year-old man booked for drink-driving in Springvale overnight has failed breath tests on at least 11 separate occasions since 2004."
The family of this person and the police must be astounded. Clearly apprehension has not deterred the behaviour. He is obviously very self destructive, but when he is driving he becomes other people destructive. I think he badly needs help and some cognitive restructuring. He obviously has a problems and thank heavens we are putting more money into treating people with mental health problems. To be constantly doing the wrong thing and to be doing it inspite of being picked up by the police tends to suggest his brain is not working properly and that his behaviour is not really within his control.
