Scientists cook up cure for cow flatulence.

Scientists cook up cure for cow flatulence. :

"'In total around 14 per cent of global methane comes from the guts of farm animals - it is worth doing something about,' he said."

That's a lot of methane to come from farm animals! I thought they were using pig methane to run generators? The British have managed to find that a food additive based on fumaric acid actually reduces the methane emissions form animals by more than 70%. How amazing is that? The Australians and New Zealnders have also been doing research to help reduce the methane emissions from cows and sheep but there have been no definitive results yet. Anything which helps us to solve the global warming problem will help. It will all add up if we are consistent.
