SA looks to Vic for electricity reserves.

A state, a country, a nation cannot have critical items supplied elsewhere. Makes for a disadvantaged, dependent relationship. Our electricity is not generated here, our oil comes from Singapore..what else? SA...is in a state, mate. Can we supply any essential items for ourselves?
