NZ is the biggest and the best mussel growing place in this region but SA has always done very well with its seafood. We have an interest int he ocean but we also have the conditons to provide top quality seafood. I cannot think of anything more disgusting than mussels, and heaven knows people have tied to get me to appreciate them. They are foul!! It's good , though, the local product is taking off big time. I'mm sure all the mussel connoisseurs will be delighted to have MORE. I figure the more they eat, the less I have to do with them.
