Kiwi Fruit
We eat a lot of Kiwi fruit now. Formerly it was abit of an exotic garnish with the strawberries on our beloved pavlova and that was the only time you saw it. But now we eat them whole with specially made little plastic spoons and they pop up in any number of desserts. They area great source of vitamin C, have pleny of folate and they apparently can help thin the blood, help cholesterol levels and obviously supply you with fibre as other fruit does. All in all, a pretty handy addition to the diet. I confess I am not one to eat them by themselves. I find them too bland. I prefer to mix mine with other fruit. There have been studies to suggest small children shouldn't eat them.
