I don't think this skink was very well. Or maybe he was just so terribly sleepy because lizards sleep at this time of the year. I found the poor wee thing on the back of my car this morning. It didn't surprise me because I have been seeing them a lot on my trips around the South Pacific...but then I realised it was winter in Adelaide. He must have been so cold and frozen. I lifted him off carefully and put him in the big philodendron plants and he wasn't there when I got back, so I hope he cuddled up somewhere warm. How he got on my car is a complete mystery because he seemed to be very lacking in energy to do anything.
