Dye protection for food packaging

The Australian: Dye protection for food packaging :

"Dr Andrew Scully from the Food Science Australia said today intelligent packaging, being developed by the CSIRO, could be one way to prevent extortion attempts against food manufactures."

The CSIRO is very creative in its thinking and always has been. It has come up with the idea of the froggy glue for delicate wounds that I blogged about yesterday and now today it's got the idea of "intelligent" packaging. CSIRO needs to be funded and supported 100% because it consistently comes up with practical solutions to our daily living. It's scientific approach is very artistic! Given we live with people who wish to bomb us and poison our food, in short, play us for suckers, then I applaud the CSIRO for not giving these nutters an even break. We just have to use our brains. Pit ours against theirs. So be it. CSIRO can handle the mind games pretty well.
