12 years jail

Mistress jailed for trying to kill lover's wife. :

"A woman who tried to strangle Melbourne woman Maria Korp before leaving her in the boot of a car has been sentenced to 12 years jail."

Tania Hermann, who strangled Maria Korp and left her in the car boot to die, has been sentenced to 12 years jail. I have been sentenced to interminal curiosity. Maybe the details were published why I was away. We seem to have had infinitessimal detail on other cases but this one is so scant in detail. Why did she try to murder her? She was the ex husband's mistress and one can speculate no end but it doesn't explain how it got to the stage where she was strangling Maria Korp and trying to kill her and leaving her in a car boot . I just wonder what was going through that's woman's head. Maria Korp is alive but unconscious and I still think it is so horribly sad she survived it all but has not regained consciousness . The only advantage I can see is for her children who have had a bit of a chance to try and manage all this awful stuff with their mother and father. The little boy is 11. It must be so hard for him and the older daughter will be bearing the brunt of trying to help him adjust to all this terrible mess.
