Misplaced sense of self importance

"The staff, the medical staff and the crew have been very vigilant in the way they've managed this situation.
"Assessing the information we had to hand, we felt that the actions were prudent and taking a cautionary approach and warranted in this circumstance."
Well, yes, the passengers might have been put out by the health authorities and ship taking precautions to ensure that passengers were not going to be leaving the ship with swine flu. Sometimes people are better being safe than sorry because boats and planes are great breeding grounds. If people got angry because they missed connecting transportation then they need to take a deep breath and  realise that it is not all about them. I am growing a bit tired of people who consider themselves so important that the health , welfare and well being of others is of no import. It is never good when you get held up...but infection of this nature is something we all need to be vigilant about.
