Vista and Ready Boost

I do not have the complaints about Vista that others seem to have. I like the look and the feel of it. I like how I can customise it. This desk top is a couple of years old now so it's a bit short on ram. I used the Ready Boost in the early days and it didn't seem to make much difference. Now I have it going again on a 2GB flash drive it's a lot faster and you notice the difference. The drive was empty so it wouldn't autoplay to give me the Ready Boost option. So I loaded a couple of files, configured it from auto play for Ready Boost and then deleted the files I had loaded. Bingo! It just manages the page loads more smoothly and isn't hammering away. I have a little ACER lunch box hard drive and am not game to open it. It would probably be easier to put in ram sticks, but I figure...line of least resistance. This is going okay and I am happy with it.
